Dr Jenny Jobling
Research interests
I have a passion for understanding postharvest physiology.
I am a postharvest physiologist with Applied Horticultural Research (AHR) and an adjunct Associate Professor with the University of Sydney. I have more than 10 years experience in postharvest horticulture teaching and research.
Background
Jenny Jobling has generated over $1.5m in research grants, numerous postharvest horticulture publications and has been a keynote speaker at several local and International Research Conferences. Jenny has a PhD and B.Ag. Sci (Hons).
